Trinity Care Center’s 50th Anniversary Ribbon Cutting

Weather permitting, the ribbon cutting will be held outside in the healing garden. An open house with activities will follow.

Farmington Health Services provide a community of care at Trinity Campus including skilled nursing and personal care onsite, 24 hours a day. Other medical professionals, such as occupational or physical therapists, are also available.
