Improved Online Utility Bill Pay Service

On January 18, 2017, the city of Farmington will introduce a new and improved online service, offering customers greater flexibility to pay their utility bills. The new service has more features than before, including email reminders when a payment is due, more choices for automatic payments, the ability to pay by text and a courtesy email address option—great for property owners wanting to automatically provide tenants with an electronic copy of the utility bill. Registration is not required to view or pay your bill.

The service includes: online payment, pay by text or phone, email notifications. Visit the city of Farmington website at www.ci.farmington.mn.us and click on the water drop located on the left-hand side of the web page. The new pay by phone toll free number is 1-855-985-1092.
