Dakota 911 Service Disruption to non-emergency lines

There is a service disruption to Dakota 911 administrative and non-emergency lines. They are currently down.  Dakota 911 believes this outage is the result of a fiber optic line cut in the area; however, they are still learning the cause and impact of the outage. In the meantime, they wanted to share what information they do have.

• 911 lines are not impacted.  
• Callers are not able to contact Dakota 911 directly through our non-emergency lines 651-322-2323 or 952-322-2323. Utilize 911 to reach them.
• They are working with Frontier to redirect these calls to viable option.
