Fundraising Programs

Shred Right 4 Good
325 Oak St., Farmington, MN 

$10 Tickets will are available at the Rambling River Center. Tickets are good for 1 bankers box or 2 brown paper bags of shredding. Confidential documents are stored in a locked container, when the container is full we contact ShredRight and they shred on site.

Not only is this a great way to protect your identity but it also supports the Rambling River Center. Questions, call 651-280-6970.

Happy Harry's Fundraiser
22210 Chippendale Avenue, Farmington
Mention the Rambling River Center when you purchase furniture at Happy Harry's and 10 percent of what you spend will benefit the center.

Bring us Your Old Cell Phones
The center is collecting discarded cell phones to raise money to benefit the center. By donating your old phone you'll help the center and keep your phone out of a landfill. The center does not accept phone adapters, battery packs or chargers.

Adopt-A-Grandparent Program

We are looking for interested seniors to be part of our Adopt a Grandparent Program. Basic information is listed below:

  • We will match older adult with child (age 5 – 10) or youth (age 11 – 17) for a summer connection.

  • They will initially meet with a zoom call. The RRC will facilitate for those who do not know how to zoom.

  • Expectation  is to visit weekly via phone, email or snail mail.

  • Culmination of 12 weeks of visits with a party at Rambling River Park to include food, games and music.

  • Timeline: Zoom introduction the first week of June and end of program park party Wednesday, August 25, 2021.

Please complete the Adopt A Grandparent packet and return to the Rambling River Center.

Vendor information:
10’ wide X 6’ deep space fee (no table)
$25 – RRC members | $35 – Non-RRC members
Space with an 8’ table fee
$35 – RRC members | $45 – Non-RRC members
No refunds after April 12, 2021
