Learn to Skate Program & Events

The learn to skate program teaches the basic skating fundamentals to become a great figure skater or hockey player. Class size is limited, so register early. Regular lessons consist of a 30 minute lesson and a 30 minute practice. Gloves or mittens required. Helmets are strongly recommended for beginning skaters.

Skate Rental

Skate rentals are available at a cost of $3 a pair or punch card/11 pairs for $30. Rent from an assortment of sizes for youth and adults. No double blades. 

Fall Skate Lessons

Learn to Skate fall evening and daytime programs:

  • Tuesday evening 6-week program August 29 - October 3, 2017; Wednesday daytime 8-week program October 18 - December 16 and Saturday daytime 8-week program October 14 - December 16. Click on the fall skating program information below for details.
