Swimming is a great way for adults and children to stay in shape. Farmington Parks and Recreation offers a American Red Cross Swimming & Water Safety Program consisting of a swim instruction and water safety skills for a variety of skill levels. The program is taught by certified (WSI) instructors.

Adult Aqua Zumba and Water Aerobics

These classes are drop-in classes and participants pay the daily fee at the Outdoor Pool.

Aqua Zumba

Make a splash by adding low impact, high energy aquatic dance moves to your fitness routine. During this invigorating workout splashing, stretching, twisting and even laughing is all part of the routine. Great for the joints! Taught by a certified instructor.

Water Aerobics

This class will focus on strengthening and toning muscles by using aqua dumbbells, noodles, and kickboard with the resistance of water. Taught by a certified instructor. Don’t miss out on the Fun!
